Geomembranes

Flat geomembranes (smooth or textured) - used to insulate the soil against the penetration of various types of liquids and chemical compounds such as alkalis, bases, petroleum compounds, organic compounds. They form a tight barrier for liquids and gases, which in this way do not penetrate the ground thus protecting the environment. They can be made of PVC, HDPE foil.
Geomembranes are impermeable, highly resistant to punctures, resistant to chemical agents (acids, bases, petroleum compounds) as well as UV radiation. They have great flexibility and very good weldability. Geomembranes are not harmful to the environment; they can have contact with drinking water. In order to protect the geomembrane against mechanical damage, protective geotextiles are used.

Dimpled geomembranes are suitable for the isolation of land, buildings, engineering structures, road construction, as well as in water engineering. Dimpled geomembranes are used as waterproof protection against liquids, solids and gases. Thanks to their construction, they work well as insulation and drainage of bridge structures.
In combination with a geotextile (dimpled geocomposite) they form an insulation and drainage layer. Geotextile additionally protect the geomembrane against mechanical damage.
